If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return any goods from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your goods must be in the original packaging.
Your goods needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We are under a legal duty to supply Goods that are in conformity with the contract. Where possible and with agreement from you and us, we will offer an exchange of Goods. Additionally, for some Goods bought online or over the telephone, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery of the Goods, but not where:

you have opened or used any of our Goods

the Goods have been made to your specification; specification includes grinding coffee. Therefore any coffee that you have requested to be ground cannot be returned on the basis of contract cancellation

Where you have a right to cancel a contract and you wish to do so, please let us know immediately. The easiest way to do this is to email us at orders@christophermontrosecoffee.com or contact us by telephone on +44(0)203 627 0969.

If you cancel your contract we will:

refund you the price you paid for the Goods. However, we may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Goods caused by your mishandling of them

refund the reasonable costs of delivery

make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Goods back or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the Goods back to us

We will refund you by the original method in which you paid for the Goods. If you cancel your contract because you have changed your mind and the goods are already in transit, you will have to pay the cost of returning the Goods to us.

Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
